What we treat — and how

Heal At Home Hawaii offers ultrasound-guided regenerative injections for chronic joint, tendon, and nerve pain. We come to you, anywhere on Oʻahu. No referral needed. No insurance required. No waiting rooms.

In-home consultation + sports ultrasound

Your evaluation starts before any treatment begins. Dr. Sako arrives with a portable ultrasound system and performs a full musculoskeletal assessment at your home.

Unlike a standard clinic visit, bedside ultrasound lets us see exactly what's going on in real time — tendons, joints, nerves, and fluid — so your treatment plan is based on what we actually see, not just symptoms.

Stimulate Your Body's Own Repair

Prolotherapy uses a precisely injected dextrose (sugar water) solution to stimulate your body's natural repair process at the site of a chronic injury.

It works best for degenerative conditions where inflammation has already resolved but the tissue hasn't fully healed — ligament laxity, tendon insertions, and joint instability.

Available NOW: Platelet Rich Plasma

Concentrated Healing from Your Own Blood.

PRP is made from your own blood. We draw a small sample, spin it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and inject that directly into the injured area — under ultrasound guidance.

Platelets carry the chemical signals your body uses to repair tissue. PRP puts a concentrated dose of those signals exactly where chronic degeneration has stalled the healing process.

Not sure which treatment is right for you? Use our free interactive guide — built on published research — to compare PRP, prolotherapy, and cortisone injections for your specific condition and goals.
