Dr. Bradlee Sako, MD

Dr. Bradlee Sako is a board-certified physician specializing in primary care sports medicine, with a dedicated focus on non-surgical solutions for musculoskeletal pain. As the founder and medical director, Dr. Sako has built a practice rooted in evidence-based care, personal attention, and innovative treatment modalities such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and ultrasound-guided injections.

After earning his M.D. from the John A Burns School of Medicine, Dr. Sako completed a residency in Family Medicine at Peace Health Southwest Washington and went on to pursue fellowship training in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Nevada at Reno. Throughout his training and career, he developed a special interest in regenerative medicine particularly for active individuals and athletes of all ages and shapes seeking alternatives to surgery or long-term medications.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sako is known for his patient-centered approach. He has performed thousands of image-guided procedures to treat chronic joint, tendon, and ligament injuries, helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities they love.

Dr. Sako is an active member of the Hawaii Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine. He continues to stay on the cutting edge of primary care sports medicine through ongoing training and volunteer work

When he is not in the clinic, Dr. Sako enjoys running, biking and spending time at the beach with his family. His mission is simple: to restore function, relieve pain, and support long-term healing — naturally.
